Steve Wolff, together with Freida Burgess co-founded McCarthy, Burgess & Wolff ("MB&W") in 2000 with 4 employees. Today MB&W's revenues are in excess of $26mm and employs over 300 staff members; with offices in Cleveland and Tulsa, Oklahoma. MB&W's revenue is made up of approximately 70% commercial & 30% consumer with core competencies in highly regulated industries such as banking, telecom and insurance. Previous to MB&W, Steve founded Grable Greiner & Wolff; which was sold to Payco America in 1995. His companies have always leveraged and integrated the newest technologies in the collection industry. In fact, one of his major clients refers to MB&W as a technology company that happens to be in the collection industry. It is in that spirit that led them to pursue Artificial Intelligence and Interactions.
