Kevin E. Posen graduated from Loyola University of Chicago  with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1983. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1990 from The John Marshall Law School of Chicago . He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1990 and subsequently to the Federal Trial Bar, United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 1991, the Central District in 2011 and Southern District in 2015. He is the President and Managing Partner of the law firm of Teller Levit & Silvertrust, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois, which is one of the oldest and most respected commercial collection law firms in the country. He practices in the areas of Business Litigation involving insurance premium collection, transportation, construction and claims governed by the Uniform Commercial Code; Commercial Collection Litigation; Creditors' Rights; Commercial Landlord Representation on Breach of Lease and Eviction cases; and Post-Judgment Collection.
